연세대학교, IOC 부상방지 및 선수건강 보호 연구센터로 선정

2014년 11월 25일, IOC가 전 세계적으로 9개 기관을 IOC 부상방지 및 선수 건강보호 연구센터(IOC Research Centres for Prevention of Injury and Protection of Athlete Health)로 공식 발표함. 발표된 기관은 다음과 같음.
위 센터들은 향후 4년 동안 스포츠 관련 부상과 질환을 위한 효과적인 방지·치료법을 연구, 개발, 실행하게 되며, IOC의 재정적 지원과 국제적인 네트워크를 활용할 수 있게 됨.
